Membership of Viva Acappella

Every member of Viva Acappella shares a common interest: the love of our craft and desire to compete and achieve the highest possible standards together. Our mission is to ‘strive for the best in everything we do’. If this aligns with your interests, we hope you will consider joining us for many years of enjoyable and successful singing.

We love to welcome new members to our chorus and encourage prospective members to come along to a few rehearsals to get acquainted with our chorus members and participate with our activities.

Viva members are expected to attend rehearsals regularly each Thursday (19:30-22:00). All members of our chorus are expected to work hard to learn new songs and to improve our ability. You will see from our rehearsal nights that we are a very committed and ambitious bunch, but we have an awful lot of fun as well!

Membership fees are paid every month and fees are due even if you miss a week. For further information on costs please contact the Recruitment Team on joinus@vivaacappella.com

In order to join Viva Acappella you must complete an audition process. This will consist of learning one of our repertoire songs in your chosen part and singing this to the Musical Director with the three other parts. Full details of the audition process and pass requirements will be shared with you in advance to give you the best opportunity and plenty of time to prepare.

All members receive full access to our Members Section of the website for access to resources including sheet music, teach tracks, handbooks, information guides, event diaries and attendance logging etc.
